Education, Training and Certification Center

All young people and adults who are interested in being guided to develop skills and increase their educational and professional qualifications can appeal to the CEFC, regardless of their personal and/or family situation or their economic and social level, with priority of the most vulnerable groups and unprotected of the population livingin the city of Lisbon and neighboring counties.

Enrollments are made at the Front Office (Rua Conde de Ficalho, no. 4, 4B – 1700-114 Lisbon – tel. 218 413 010), the structure responsible for welcoming, sorting, guiding and selecting all young people and adults seeking integration in a training offer.

People aged 15 years or over, residing in the municipality of Lisbon or neighboring municipalities, who meet the following conditions:

Level 2 courses – with the 6th, 7th, 8th grade or attendance of 9th grade;
Level 4 courses – with the 9th, 10th, 11th grade or attendance of the 12th grade.

Competence certification center that constitutes an integrated strategy for training and qualification of adults, with a view to obtaining a school certification (RVC).

Application criteria

  • People aged 18 or over, with no educational qualification required.
  • Level 2 courses – People aged 18 years or over, residing in the municipality of Lisbon or neighboring municipalities, with the 6th, 7th, 8th grade or attendance of 9th grade;
  • Level 4 courses – People aged 23 years or over, residing in the municipality of Lisbon or neighboring municipalities, with the 9th, 10th, 11th grade or attendance of 12th grade.

This training offer is available to people over 18 years old with the 9th year of schooling interested in taking only the technological component of the courses.

– Modular Pathway in the Technological Area of Agent in Geriatrics – Access with 9th grade schooling.

– School Modular Pathways:

  • B1 – Equivalence to the 4th year of schooling;
  • B2 – Equivalence to the 6th year;
  • B3 – Equivalence to the 9th year.

– Modular Pathways for Inclusion.

– Short-term Basic Training Units.

– Technological Training Short Term Training Units.

– Short Term Training Units for Informal Caregivers.

Application criteria

  • People aged 18 years or over, residing in the municipality of Lisbon or neighboring municipalities.

Training actions aimed at promoting the development of personal, school and social skills that are preparatory to school/professional qualification and subsequent integration into the labor market.
