Ethics and conduct of suppliers

The Suppliers Code of Conduct of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa defines the non-negotiable standards that the institution requires that its suppliers respect and comply with in the exercise of the commercial relations they establish with it.


Santa Casa seeks to positively influence its suppliers in dimensions such as ethics, human rights and labor practices, occupational health and safety, environmental preservation and information security, in compliance with the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, of the Conventions the International Labor Organization and national and community legislation.

The Suppliers Code of Conduct is made available to all suppliers – in fact or potential – in the context of procurement processes, in the specifications, contracts and order forms, and is available for public consultation below.
